Mosaic Brings Its Lebanese Kitchen to Dubai with a New Cloud Kitchen on Talabat

Mosaic, the Lebanese restaurant that has been serving Abu Dhabi for ten years, is now available in Dubai through a new cloud kitchen on Talabat. Customers in Dubai can order Mosaic’s hummus, mezze, grills and family-table classics delivered to their door, prepared with the same recipes and standards that have made the restaurant a favourite in the capital. Joining Mosaic in the new kitchen are three sister brands: Salatoush, Space Bun and Nazira.

Since opening in 2016, Mosaic has built its reputation on Lebanese food made with the warmth and authenticity of a family table. The Dubai cloud kitchen takes that approach to a new city and a new way of dining: there is no dining room, only the food, prepared with the same care and brought to wherever you are.

Here is the story of Mosaic’s arrival in Dubai: what is on the menu, why a cloud kitchen, the three sister brands that join it, and how to order.

Mosaic: Lebanese Flavours from the Family Table

Mosaic is the brand at the heart of the kitchen. Its Levantine menu is built around salads, hot and cold mezze, shawarma and mixed grills, cooked the way a Lebanese family would cook at home.

The food is led by Executive Chef Hassana El Baroudi, who was born and raised in Beirut and draws on the cooking she grew up with: her grandfather’s seaside restaurant, her grandmother’s pastries and her mother’s Lebanese kitchen. Since opening in Abu Dhabi in 2016, Mosaic has paid close attention to the details that make a dish taste like home, from the amount of tahini and the balance of lemon and olive oil to the smokiness of charred eggplant and the slow cooking behind traditional stews.

Dishes that Abu Dhabi guests know well, such as the Mosaic hummus, moutabal, tabouleh, warak enab and the mixed grill, are part of that tradition.

Mosaic was recently named Favorite Lebanese Restaurant at the FACT Awards 2026, and the Dubai kitchen lets customers in a new city taste what that recognition is about.

What to expect on the menu. The Mosaic menu is built for sharing, just like a Lebanese table at home: hot and cold mezze to start, fresh salads, and shawarma and mixed grills for the centre of the table. Hummus, moutabal, tabouleh and warak enab sit alongside heartier dishes such as kousa mahshi and kibbeh bi laban, the slow-cooked food that Lebanese families gather around.

A decade of experience. Mosaic opened in Abu Dhabi in 2016 and has grown into a group with multiple brands and more than 200 team members. Along the way it learned that tradition has to be protected by clear procedures, so that every kitchen delivers the same quality. The Dubai cloud kitchen is run on that same approach, so the Mosaic you order on Talabat is meant to taste like the Mosaic you would find at the table in Abu Dhabi.

Made for sharing at home. Lebanese food is meant to be shared, which makes it well suited to delivery. A family can order a spread of mezze and grills and put them in the middle of the table, and a group of colleagues can do the same at the office.

Why a Cloud Kitchen in Dubai

A cloud kitchen is a kitchen built for delivery. It has no dining room and no tables, which means every part of the space, the equipment and the team is focused on one job: preparing food well and getting it to the customer in good condition.

For Mosaic, the format is a natural next step. Dubai is a city where ordering in is part of everyday life, whether it is a family dinner at home, a quick lunch at the office or a late-night craving. A cloud kitchen lets Mosaic meet that demand without compromising on how the food is made, and it makes it possible to serve several different brands from a single, well-organised kitchen.

That is why the new kitchen is home to four brands. Mosaic leads, and alongside it sit Salatoush, Space Bun and Nazira, giving customers a lighter option, a burger night or a different take on Lebanese home cooking, all on the same app and each prepared to its own standard.

The kitchen is available only on Talabat, which makes ordering simple: one app, four brands, no need to look anywhere else.

Also in the Kitchen: Salatoush

Salatoush is the kitchen’s answer to lighter, fresher eating. Its salads are built around leafy greens, proteins and house dressings, and they are designed for quick, lighter lunches that still feel satisfying.

It is a concept made for the rhythm of a busy day in Dubai: a meal that can be ordered in minutes, shared at a desk or enjoyed at home, without feeling like a compromise. For customers who want something fresh to sit alongside a heavier Lebanese spread, or who simply want a healthy meal delivered, Salatoush offers a straightforward choice.

Salatoush is built on a simple mission: to revolutionise the salad experience by marrying modern creativity with the timeless goodness of fresh ingredients. Its menu is designed around vibrant flavours and innovative combinations that make healthy eating something to look forward to, and its playful tagline, “Let’tuce Dress It Up,” sums up the spirit of the brand.

Also in the Kitchen: Space Bun

Space Bun brings a playful, space-themed burger concept to the line-up. It specialises in gourmet burgers and comfort-food classics, alongside loaded fries and fresh salads.

Its menu leans into the theme with names to match, such as the smoky Commander Smoky, the mushroom-loaded Launching from Swiss and the crispy chicken Station Ranch. It is the brand for a relaxed night in, a group order or anyone who wants a burger with a little more personality.

Space Bun calls itself an intergalactic burger stop, blending bold flavours with a futuristic, space-inspired identity. Its tagline, “Fuel up for your next mission,” invites customers to treat every order as an adventure, and the brand’s playful, energetic tone runs from the menu names to the packaging and stickers that come with each delivery.

Also in the Kitchen: Nazira

Nazira is a Lebanese food concept named after the culinary matriarch at its heart: a grandmother whose homemade cooking has been passed down through generations. Its kitchen is built around the idea of a taste of home, with authentic flavours and traditions served with the care that comes from cooking for family.

Where Mosaic celebrates the breadth of Lebanese cuisine, Nazira focuses on the comfort of the home kitchen. Its signature variety and Lebanese fusion touch give familiar flavours a fresh twist, and its brand is built on homemade love, community and high-quality food. The promise is simple: a refined flavour that tastes like it came from a Lebanese family kitchen.

Together with Salatoush and Space Bun, Nazira sits alongside Mosaic to complete a line-up built for different tastes and occasions. Each brand has its own identity and its own menu, and customers can order from more than one in the same week with the same level of care.

One Standard Across Four Brands

Running several brands from one kitchen only works with discipline. Over ten years in Abu Dhabi, Mosaic has learned that preserving tradition is not enough on its own: a growing operation needs clear procedures, regular meetings between departments and a system that makes sure every kitchen delivers the same quality.

The Dubai cloud kitchen applies those lessons from the start. Each brand has its own recipes, ingredients and preparation methods, and each dish is prepared to a defined standard so that an order placed today tastes the same as one placed next week.

For delivery-only food, that consistency matters even more. Customers cannot see the kitchen, so they rely on the brand to get everything right: the taste, the portion, the packaging and the timing. The aim in Dubai is to earn that trust with every order, the same way Mosaic has earned it in Abu Dhabi.

The new kitchen is available only on Talabat. To order:
